AHMG Cardiology at Winter Park

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
*will float to Innovation Tower as need
- Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
- Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
- Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
- Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
- Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives. Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development.
- Provides patient education and support to address identified needs. Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
