Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesCHI St. Vincent Primary Care in Malvern, AR, is seeking a talented and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our established and welcoming team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately assessing patient conditions and meticulously documenting to support billing and facilitate seamless communication with other providers.
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, encompassing functional, mental, social, and physical conditions, to establish accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians, seeking consultation and supervision as needed to ensure proper assessment and optimal patient care.
- Actively involving patients and their caregivers in the development of personalized treatment plans.
- Serving as a crucial interface between our clinic and other providers to ensure timely and comprehensive services for all patients.
- Independently developing, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Adhering strictly to all statutes and regulations governing Advanced Practice Nurses, operating confidently within the legal boundaries of the APN category.
- Taking ownership in clearly communicating patient needs, care plans, and problem resolutions to physicians and other healthcare teams.
- Utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide effective supervision to clinical staff when necessary.

Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
- Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas.
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
- Master's Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in APN/RNP patient care preferred.
