The Team Leader, Financial Counseling is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Financial Counseling team on the Medicaid application process, screening patients (inpatient/outpatient) for eligibility for North Carolina Medicaid programs and conducting home visits, as needed. Collaborates with the Medicaid staff in all counties and the Triangle Disability Advocates and North Carolina Hearing & Appeals Office. Assists the supervisor and manager with productivity tracking and analysis, quality reviews, training staff, special projects, and other duties as needed. Department Description
