SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to the Office Manager for providing front office support.
The Medical Office Associate role is an entry-level admin role where one can learn and grow their career in the healthcare field. The individual will check in and check out patients, verify insurance information, answer the office phones, schedule appointments, and much more! Nestled in the charming town of Mount Joy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team! At Penn State Health, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our community, and we believe that our staff is the heart of our success. On average, we see 60-70 patients per day and serve primarily as a Family Practice, while also accommodating Neurology and Diabetic Education specialties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
