Job Summary Under the direction of Pharmacy Director, this role is responsible for setting the direction and coordinating the business operations and technology activities of the Department of Pharmacy. Drawing on a broad understanding of hospital practices and demonstrating a high degree of initiative and independent judgment, the incumbent will collaborate closely with departmental and organizational leadership to continually assess and address a wide range of issues, including operational, personnel, budgetary, information technology, EHR systems, EHR program development, long-range planning, and project development.
